With your commitment, we'll set you up in our server based system, link to your website, then activate your ad. We'll immediatedly issue you a URL, username, and password so that you can, at any time, monitor how many times your banner has been displayed, how many click-throughs you have had, and your click-through-ratio. That way, at the end of your first year, you can make an educated choice on whether to renew your ad or not. And no, we never perform "auto-renewals". You are always in control.
